This champagne comes from a single plot, located in "Les Beaux Lieux" in Nogent l'Abbesse. It is an old Chardonnay vineyard, over 50 years old, resulting from a massal selection in the 1970s. The subsoil is composed of Campanian chalk, while the soil is brown clay-limestone. The plot has ideal southeast exposure.
This single-vineyard champagne purely expresses the identity of the terroir from which it was born. Vinification in small vats aims to respect the integrity of the fruit and reveal the uniqueness of the vineyard.
After a long maturation on fine lees, the wine develops a silky texture, supported by a chiseled acidity and a salty structure.
2019
2019 was a warm, sunny year, which provided concentrated, well-balanced grapes. This Blanc de Blancs Champagne is both delicate and powerful, full of subtlety and precision. It now reveals superb energy and great aging potential.

2020
2020 was a hot, dry, and early year. The grapes were in excellent health and reached a beautiful phenolic maturity while preserving their freshness. The result is a concentrated, balanced, and tense Blanc de Blancs champagne.
